Damages (Direct or Indirect)

Registering with The Right Coaching Company ® (as well as taking part in one-on-one or group/team coaching) confirms your agreement that The Right Coaching Company ® nor its associates are liable for any damages (direct or indirect), that may arise from taking part in The Right Coaching Company’s ® services. Damages include, without limitation, emotional discomfort or distress, physical damages and bodily injury.

Event Venues and Facilities

The Right Coaching Company ® one-on-one and or group/team Coaching could take place at venues which The Right Coaching Company ® and its associates have no control. Therefore you agree to release The Right Coaching Company ® and its associates from any liability with respect to any injuries sustained and or damages suffered of any kind, during The Right Coaching Company ® sessions.
