Coaching
One of the most important ingredients to the coachee (the person being coached) maximising their positive outcomes and results from coaching sessions is that the coachee is comfortable with their coach and coaching techniques. Therefore your first coaching session will be 60 minutes long and revolves around our coach explaining our primary coaching model, coaching process and various coaching tools and techniques used during coaching sessions. This first coaching session is also used to ensure there is a coachee and coach fit. That is, are you as our client comfortable to move forward into future coaching sessions with your prospective coach? If yes, then this will be discussed and future coaching sessions arranged accordingly. One-on-one coaching sessions are normally one hour long with the second and third sessions (information gathering) being one and a half hours (ninety minutes) long.
