Fear and Love -
“The more we talk about what we don’t want, or how bad it is, and read about that
all the time, and then say how terrible it is, we are creating more of that” -
My clients, as with the population as a whole, have two deeply rooted internal drivers that influence their life, relationships, career, and businesses / organisations in a profound way. Each of these brings about vastly different realities, which turn out to be either negative or positive. These drivers are the emotions fear (negative energy) and love (positive energy). Moment by moment, the emotion love or fear is running your life, relationships, career, business / organisation. The result are happiness or unhappiness, abundance, or the lack thereof, fulfilled or unfulfilled relationships, successful or unsuccessful careers and businesses / organisations.
Goal Setting and Affirmations -
“To will is to select a goal, determine a course of actions that will bring one to
that goal, and then hold that action until the goal is reached. The key is action”
Transformation of your life, relationships, career, and / or business / organisation would not be possible unless you formulated a workable plan and strategy to achieve the desired transformation. Goal setting is essential in gaining a degree of self mastery. The same applies to the transformation of your business / organisation to one that is highly effective, profitable, a trend setter, as well as positively contributing to society and the environment. An important element of your plan, and of The Game of Life and Success, is for you to formulate concrete goals to work towards achieving. In effect, an element of The Game of Life and Success is for you to devise an achievable and measurable life and or business / organisation strategy.
Values and Beliefs -
“A new way of thinking has become the necessary condition for responsible living
and acting. If we maintain obsolete values and beliefs, a fragmented consciousness
Our values and beliefs drive and compel us to achieve what we set out to do. Say hello to the ‘secret saboteur’ (limiting beliefs) within each one of us. In order to achieve self mastery, as well as phenomenal results and success in your life, relationships, career, and business / organisation, you must have an understanding of your core values and empowering and debilitation beliefs, AND release your debilitating beliefs from the control they have over you individually and or collectively.
Listen Effectively -
“Listen to your intuition. It will tell you everything you need to know” -
“More often than not people, individually and or collectively don’t listen effectively in their own lives, in their relationships, and or in the businesses / organisations in which they find themselves. From a business / organisational perspective, this has a massive negative impact on the effectiveness individually and or collectively. This in turn has a direct negative impact on a businesses / organisations productivity and therefore profitability. In addition to this, ineffective listening has a negative influence on interpersonal relationship within business / organisation and personally. At the end of the day, effective relationships’ are what determine an effective business / organisation / lives. Therefore, listening effectively is worth the time and effort. Ask yourself, how can I listen and speak so as to empower myself and others?”
Mind Power -
“A mind once stretched by a new idea, never regains its original dimension” -
It’s well documented and researched that mankind does not use his / her brain / mind effectively in their own lives, in their relationships, and or in businesses / organisations (hence forth referred to as business / businesses) in which they find themselves. Depending on the literature you refer to, estimates in regards to how much of our brains we use, estimates range from anywhere between three to ten percent. From a personal and or business perspective this has a massive limiting impact on an individuals’ effectiveness individually and or collectively. This in turn has a direct negative impact on individuals, and or a businesses productivity, effectiveness, and profitability. In addition to this, ineffective use of the mind has an overall negative influence on a person as a whole, and therefore a business as a whole. In view of the foregoing, effectively using our mind is worth the time and effort.
Your mind could be described as the bridge to all that you / your business desires, as well as to achieving a degree of self mastery. How well you utilise your mind determines to some degree the steadiness and reliability of the bridge between you and the realisation of your dreams and goals. In this article I’ll briefly examine some aspects of the brain that either nurture or hinder your ability to realise your dreams and goals.
Universal Mind Power -
“As the soil, however rich it may be cannot be productive without cultivation, so the
It’s well documented and researched that mankind does not use his / her brain / mind and or Universal Mind power effectively in their own lives, in their relationships, and or in businesses / organisations (hence forth referred to as business / businesses) in which they find themselves. Furthermore documented scientific research shows that the human mind / psyche / being are connected to everything.
Everything in connected. In my humble opinion the following is the most important part of The Game of Life and Success and probably the most profound and controversial statements I’ll make in my book The Game of Life and Success – Steps to Self Mastery & Happiness.
"Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every moment with grace, love and gratitude" – Whiteley
This step in The Game of Life and Success focuses on what happiness is and on you becoming happy or happier. In essence this step guides you as realistically as possible to enable you to be happy, to live to some degree in a state of happiness, in a state of Being happy.
Gratitude and Giving -
“I would maintain that thanks are the highest form of thought, and that gratitude
is happiness doubled by wonder” -
Much of what spiritual teachings such as Christianity and Judaism (as well as ancient teachings of the far East), have imparted to us over thousands of years, is that it is essential that we express gratitude for all that we have and give freely. Give to get. Expressing gratitude and giving generally results in our lives being far more abundant.
